As we face living in a world where duality is rife, it is time to UNITE!
Allow the full bright light of the Summer Solstice to empty our collective and individual cups of sorrow, sadness, grief, worry, despair, fear, confusion, frustration, suspicion and judgement of self and others.
Once we are empty of all the rubbish, we can OPEN to RECEIVE, without doing ANYTHING- We have been so used to working hard to achieve EVERYTHING, it is NOW time to remember our birthright; there is no need to ‘earn’ what is already ours.
Let’s come together to harness our Sexual Creative energy, our fertility energy- what do you want to conceive?
Our yoga practice will be focused on connecting to and accessing the sacred feminine energy within us and around us, getting our desire fire nicely burning and blazing a path ahead that is the MOST Graceful and Easy expression of our gifts in this world at this time.
Do you always take the long way round? Or choose the most difficult way to achieve something?
Do you look around wondering why some things are so easy for others, but so hard for you?
As we gather together, we SHARE our energy- where there is a surplus, we give, where there is a deficit, we receive.
In order for either to be effective, we must UNITE all aspects of our being, loved and unloved, welcome and unwelcome, easy and challenging, so that the banks of our river are strong and we can easily FLOW.
When we are distracted by all the conflict and difference of opinion around us we are consumed by others lives, get fascinated with your own life, that is where you create magic!
You don’t have to go out there seeking it, for all you seek is within. Come and find out how to access it.
Bring a dish and we can hang out after and ground with food!
The workshop will be outside, unless the weather is utterly unreasonable, so bring something warm for if it gets chilly/hat/non toxic suncream/ sun glasses. There will be shaded areas for those who want them.
If you are on any long term medication for blood pressure, heart issues, depression or anxiety PLEASE check your medication as some medication doesn't mix well with cacao....
