Let’s make this simple.

You don’t need more time this summer. You need a way that works for you.

Here are a few ways to keep your practice alive without forcing it:

Choose your moment. If your usual time doesn’t work, change it. Early morning, evening, even 10 minutes in the middle of the day.

Use the replays. You don’t have to be live to be connected. Download a class, take it outside, practice in nature. No Wi-Fi needed.

Make it beautiful. This isn’t a task. Light a candle, go into the garden, create a space that feels like something you want to return to.

Diarise it. If you show up for everyone else, you can show up for yourself. Put it in your calendar like it matters… because it does.

Keep it simple. Some days it will be a full class. Some days it’s breath, movement, a moment. It all counts.

This is how you build a practice that supports you, rather than something you feel you have to keep up with.
